Welcome | How to Book

St Andrew's Church Hall is a small venue in Langford which supports the work of the church in the local community and is available to hire on a regular basis or for one-off events such as children's parties, meetings or private functions.

The hall is centrally heated (heating system upgraded in 2015 thanks to a Windfarm Community Fund Grant) and the main room is carpeted. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen and a disabled-access toilet. There is ample car parking space, although restrictions may apply when there are funerals or other events in church, and the space tends to become congested during term time at school opening and closing times.

Windfarm Community Fund Grant

The Church Hall Committee are pleased that our Grant Application No. CFG 0315 1 for the total sum of 3,265 to the Windfarm Community Fund has been approved. The application was for the modernisation of the Church Hall heating pipework, thermal insulation, fire safety and access.

The Grant was approved under the energy conservation, energy efficiency and community engagement criteria. The heating pipework, fire safety and access work has already been carried out and it is expected that the thermal insulation work will be carried out by early November 2015. The Committee's thanks have been formally sent to the Parish Council for their help, guidance and assistance with this successful Grant application.
